About Dobri
When a loved one falls ill, when a child needs looking after or a tutor, most Bulgarian families rely on acquaintances, Facebook groups and classified ads. There are no profiles there, no reviews, no way to compare or check.
Dobri exists to change that. We are a Bulgarian platform where people offering care and services present themselves with real profiles: with experience, prices, a photo and reviews from people who have already worked with them.
What we believe
- Trust is built with reviews. Ratings and comments on Dobri come only from real people who contacted the helper through the platform. No anonymous ratings and no bought stars. Profiles with too many negative reviews are removed.
- A direct connection is the most honest one. Dobri is not an agency and takes no commissions. You and the helper make your arrangements directly; the money and the relationship are yours.
- Good helpers deserve to be found. A carer with 20 years of experience deserves a professional presence on the internet, even if she doesn't use a computer. That is why a Dobri profile takes only a phone to create, for free, with no email and no computer.
What Dobri is not
Dobri is not a staffing agency, does not employ or guarantee helpers, and takes no part in arrangements or payments. We give you a place to find and judge for yourself, and helpers a place where their work speaks for them.
The name: "Dobri" comes from „добри хора", good people. Our tagline says it simply: Good people for you and your loved ones.
