Hello! My name is Natalia and I offer hourly childcare. At the moment I take care of a small baby and I am looking for additional hourly engagement. I have experience with children of different ages – from small babies to three-year-olds. I have cared for a baby from 4 months of age until they turned 2, as well as for a 3-year-old child. For a while I also worked in a kindergarten, which gave me additional experience in communicating and doing activities with children. I define myself as a serious, responsible and attentive person. For me, the most important thing is that the child feels calm, safe and well in my presence. I love playing and keeping children engaged, and I prefer learning and development to happen naturally – through play, creativity and discovering the world. I believe children need the freedom to be curious, to have fun and to explore, while at the same time having clear boundaries and an age-appropriate environment. I take an individual approach to each child and try to respect their character, interests and needs. For me, caring for a child is not limited just to being fed and supervised – it is important that they receive attention, activities and good treatment.
